Marc Denis

Marc Denis (born the 1 {{er}} August 1977 with Montreal with the Canada) is a player of professional Hockey of the National league of hockey evolving/moving with the Lightning de Tampa Bay.

Career in the LNH

Denis was fished out by the Avalanche of Colorado at the time of the Repêchage of entry in the LNH 1995, with the 25e position. This goalkeeper briefly carried the colors of the Avalanche at the beginning of its career with only one total of 28 matches in 3 seasons before joining the Blue Jackets de Columbus with which it really started to play regularly.

He played in American Ligue of hockey for the team affiliated of the Avalanche, the Bears de Hershey. The June 7th 2000, Denis was transferred to Columbus against the second choice from round in the Repêchage from entry in the LNH 2000 (Tomas Kurka). During the Season LNH 2002-2003, it beat the record of the league with 4.511 minutes played in 77 matches in the season. The June 30th 2006, it was exchanged with the Lightning de Tampa Bay against Fredrik Modin and Fredrik Norrena.

Marc Denis played for the Équipe of Canada of hockey at the time of the Championnat of the world of hockey junior of 1996 and 1997 then Championnat of the world of hockey 2004 and 2006.
