Marc-Olivier Fogiel

Marc-Olivier Fogiel born the July 5th 1969 with Neuilly-sur-Seine is a journalist, organizer and producer of television programs and radio.

It obtains in 1988 a DEUG of economy to Paris II.

Brigitte Bardot

The October 18th 2004, the XVIIe room of the Magistrates' court of Paris débouté, in first authority, Marc-Olivier Fogiel in the continuations brought against Brigitte Bardot, to which he claimed one euro symbolic system of damages, and condemned it at the expense.

The XVIIe room considered that Brigitte Bardot could profit from the excuse known as of provocation, the organizer having made proof, during the emission of May 12th, 2003, of a “insistence”, “aggressiveness” and “attacks” legitimately being able “to analyze itself in a provocation”. In a later emission, Marc-Olivier Fogiel makes state of his judgment and declares that he did not want to cause anybody and simply wanted, by this false SMS, to show the ambiguity of the humor of Dieudonné.

October 9th, 2005, the emission One cannot like everyone is delayed by a massive sway in the crowd on the plate of the emission. Dieudonné had called with a mobilization the evening even with the Plain-Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis) in front of the studios of the emission presented on line on France 3 by Marc-Olivier Fogiel.
