Marble Blast

Marble Blast is a puzzle range in 3D putting in scene a ball, available on PC and Macintosh (Windows, Mac OS X and Linux). It became popular when it arrived pre-installed on many computers Apple and in particular the mini Mac, the IMac G5 and the IBook G4.

There exists also an updated version, Marble Blast Gold , with 28 new levels and the introduction of " gold times" , of times record, that the players must beat. A graphically improved continuation, Marble Blast Ultra , left Xbox 360 on January 25th, 2006, via the service Xbox Live Arcade. This new handset proposes new levels, improved graphics, and a multijouor mode. A demonstration is available free, and the full version is available for 800 Microsoft Points.

Gameplay

The basic gameplay consists in making roll a ball through an obstacle race in 3D of the beginning until the end, by avoiding the many disseminated dangers. The obstacles are normally made to make fall the ball apart from the plate from play, thus making lose the player and forcing it to start again the level. Certain levels also consist in recovering diamonds, which must be caught to be able to finish the level. Certain level can also have a limit of time to beat.
