Marathon 2: Durandal

Left the November 24th 1995, Marathon 2: Durandal is the continuation of Marathon. It is the second episode of the trilogy Marathon, which will be completed with Marathon Infinity in 1996. In addition to one version for Macintosh, a version of Marathon 2 for Windows 95 left later. A version of the play left in 2007 for Xbox 360, via Xbox live of the console of Microsoft.

History

The engine

The engine of the first play underwent a total recasting and allowed contrary to the first Marathon decorations in outsides, as well as the possibility of evolving/moving in water. Several plays such as Premium Target and Damage Incorporated used the engine of Marathon 2 .

Setting with diposition

The play as its data are now downloadable free for a noncommercial use. The play can be used with the engine of plays Open Source Aleph One, which functions under the majority of the operating systems current.
