Marasquin
The Marasquin is a Liqueur resulting from the distillation of a acid Cerise (in Italian Marasca or Marasque), produced in Italy under the name of Maraschino and France under Marasquin name. In this liquor which generally titrates 26° alcohol, transparent and slightly sweetened, at the pronounced taste, one can preserve any scented red fruit.
