María of mow Mercedes of Sicilias Borbón-Back
Born in 1910, Maria of mow Mercedes of Borbón-Back Sicilias Orleans (girl of Carlos of Borbón-Back Sicilias and Louise of Orleans (1882-1958)) was there the wife of Juan de Borbón, count of Barcelona, which was one of the applicants to the throne of Spain during the dictatorship of Franco. They lived in exile with the Portugal. The couple will have two girls and two boys, of which the current king Juan Carlos Ier of Spain.
Following the death of Free in 1975, their oldest son Juan Carlos restores Spanish monarchy and the democracy. His/her parents come to settle in Spain and to take part in the public life of the country. They are the grandparents of Felipe de Borbón, prince of Asturies.
Juan de Borbón dies in 1993. Its widow with the great joy of taking part in the first marriages of its grandchildren and of knowing its first great-grandchildren. It peacefully dies out in 2000, surrounded by its family.
