Mapocho
The river Mapocho is a river of the Chile located in the Región Metropolitana in central Chile. Long, it 110 kilometers is born on the précordilllère in the commune of Lo Barnechea. It crosses the towns of Providencia, Santiago of Chile and Maipù, where it joined the river Maipo which throws in the Pacific Ocean not far from Valparaiso.
