History

Maple Leafs of St John' S were born after the removal from the frankness from the Saints from Newmarket in the town of St John' S. Affiliated throughout its existence with the Maple Leafs of Toronto, the frankness gained three titles of division (1993, 1994 and 1997), a title of regular season (1994) and was finalist in 1993 of the Coupe Calder that it forever gained.

In 2005, in spite of a good popularity and a good frequentation of the public, the team is moved in Toronto to reduce the transport costs of the players and is renamed Marlies of Toronto.
