Manute Bowl
Manute Bowl born the October 16th 1962, is a player of Basket-ball Sudan board.
Bowl arrives in NBA in 1985. It will play there during 10 years, carrying the shirt of four different teams, among whom the Philadelphia 76ers and the Warriors of the Golden delicious State.
Bowl measures more 2,30 m and is a defensive rampart for its team: besides it occupies the 2nd rank of the best contreurs of the history of the NBA.
It largely benefitted from its notoriety to make known the situation of its country then in civil war.
The draft of 2004 mark the arrival of Luol Deng in NBA. The second Sudanese player of the history of the league is originating in the same tribe as Manute Bol (the Dinka). It is the latter which encouraged it to play tennis shoe at the time of a meeting in Egypt in 1993.
