Mantra
In the Hindouisme and the Buddhism, the will mantra is either a very condensed formula, or a series of syllables assembled according to their only intrinsic magic efficiency, repeated many times according to a certain rate/rhythm. This term Sanskrit means weapon or tool of the spirit ( manas ) and the suffix - will tra by itself means protection, from where the usual definition of protection of the spirit.
