Mantois
The Mantois is a natural Région of France located in the North-West of the Yvelines primarily at the south of the Mantes-the-Pretty town of .
On geographical level, this area corresponds overall to the catchment Area of two affluents of left bank of the the Seine: the Mauldre and the Vaucouleurs. It is bordering on the French Vexin in the north of the Seine, of the Normandy in the west, the country of Yveline in the south and of the Hurepoix in south-east. Towards the east, it is prolonged by the valley of the Seine and is next to the Paris and its suburbs.
On the administrative level, it recovers most of Mantes-the-Pretty the district of .
