Manilal Mohandas Gandhi (born in India on October 28th 1892, - 1956) was the 2nd wire of the Mahatma Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi and was active in the political movement of his/her father.

Gandhi worked almost 50 years of 1917 to 1956 in Phoenix (Durban), as editor of the weekly magazine in Gujarati and English Indian Opinion . Like his/her father, Gandhi was sent several times in prison to have protested against of the colonial laws British unjust.

In 1927, Manilal Maria with Sushila Mashruwala, and have with it two girls, Sita (1928) and Ela (1940), and a son, Arun (1934). Arun and Ela are also political activists.
