Manif of art

The Manif of art (the Biennial one of Quebec) is an event in matter set of themes dedicated to the promotion and the diffusion of current visual arts on the territory of the town of Quebec. Presented by International demonstration of art of Quebec, the event gathers an about sixty professional artists and about thirty collaborators of the cultural and artistic sector of the national capital around its activities dispersed in various places of the Saint-Roch district:

of the artists of Quebec, of Canada, and abroad is gathered there within the framework of exposures of scale presenting the fine point of the large currents in visual arts;

of the conferences and forums, being addressed to the general public and the specialized public, approaches various questionings on the notions and stakes of current visual arts;

of the satellite activities offers spectacles, presentations and evenings of animation where several artistic disciplines are côtoient.

By always increasing notoriety that it acquires, and thanks to its broad network of exchanges and diffusion, Manif of art wants to be to be an international platform for the artists and the organizations which collaborate in it. It is also a promotional springboard for the artistic changing.
