Manhwaga
A manhwaga (만화가, of Chinese mànhuàjiā, Cartoonist) is a Dessin ator of Manhwa, Korean Cartoon .
Contrary to the Mangaka, the manhwaga are more often independent and work for small houses of editions distributed in the Manhwabang. However this original form of diffusion of the Manhwa, although supporting the diversity and the originality of the productions, involves an imbalance of the market to the detriment of the remuneration of the manhwaga. Indeed, the market of the manhwabangs does not profit directly with the authors, contrary to the system of the sale of albums in the other countries which generates more royalties.
The manhwaga are mainly women. Initially confined with the Sunjeong manhwa, those attack from now on the manhwa for the boys and represent the future of the manhwa.
With eight universities having a department of data base and 70 others proposing of the courses of cartoons and multi-media creation, the majority actively supported by the municipalities or the government, the future of the manhwa are assured. More especially as many Koreans practice the manhwa as an amateur.
