Mangala Samaraweera

Mangala Pinsiri Samaraweera (born the April 21st 1956), is a Politician Sri Lankian. Foreign Minister of the November 19th 2005 with the January 28th 2007.
It occupies three ministerial positions under the presidency of Chandrika Kumaratunga, that of the Posts and Telecommunications, the urban Development, Construction and the public Utility services and the Ports, Aviation and the Media.
