Manfred Klaiber

Manfred Klaiber born the June 8th 1903 with Grafenberg /W ürttemberg and dies the July 16th 1981 with Stuttgart was a German Diplomate.

He was ambassador of Germany with Rome of 1957 with 1963 then with Paris of 1963 with 1968
