Mandoul
The Mandoul is one of the 18 areas of the Chad (Decrees N° 415/PR/MAT/02 and 419/PR/MAT/02) whose chief town is Koumra. It corresponds to part of the old prefecture of the Means-Chari (sub-prefectures of Koumra and Moïssala).
