Mandoline (ustensil)

A mandoline is a Kitchen utensil, generally in stainless, being used to cut the Légume S in more or less thick sections.
This apparatus is used to make:
- the Julienne S (Carrot grated, Celery S…)
- the apples straws (with which it is possible to make nests, apples darphin…)
- the Chips (puffed up apples…)
- the apples gaufrettes (chips with holes in the shape of grid)
It is difficult to cut vegetables or fruits too gorged with water with. Example: the Tomato S
