Importance of the mandatory instruction for the anarchists
The common of Paris of 1871, was one short period where it was tried out the mandatement imperative one.At the time of the Spanish Revolution in 1936, and especially in Catalonia, villages or communities functioned by the mandatement imperative one, and organized with large scales this principle. The commune of Atenco, of 2001 to 2003, with the Mexico, had one two years period when it was also tried out this operating process, before the State Mexicain does not impose, with the assistance of the army, a mayor with the commune and a repression thereafter.
In the Kabylie, in Algeria, during the years 2000, the revolt known as of the “black Printemps” led communes to be managed sometimes with the mandatement imperative one.
