A mandate of international stop resembles a normal Warrant for arrest but call to the interpellation then the extradition of a criminal towards the petitioning country.
The mandate of international stop are in fact of the NOTES RED delivered by the Worldwide organization of Criminal Police force: Interpol
Under the name of RED NOTE Interpol means the request for country to obtain the return of a suspect or a criminal for his judgment or the purging of its sorrow.
