Origin
It comes from a recent creation of the research institute Mandalong park close to Sydney. In the Years 1960, a project was developed for the interbreeding of races in order to create a race bouchère for the Nouvelle Wales of the South. It includes/understands the following races, each one selected for its qualities:
After several generations, the race was stabilized with 16,33% from Brahman, 25% of British races (shorthorn and british white) and 58,33% of races europénnes.
Morphology
It wears a clear dress, energy of cream-coloured white with wheat, because of the number of races white génitrices. It is called the gilded race, the golden delicious breed because of its color. It can carry short horns while growing or be naturally without horns. (English polled)
C' is a race of intermediate size to large, with a cylindrical trunk developed good, muscular thighs and a fine skeleton ensuring a good meat yield.
