The Mandalay Resort Group was an operator of hotel-casinos based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its principal properties included/understood the Mandalay Bay, the Luxor, the Excalibur and the Circus Circus, as well as half of the shares of the Monte Carlo. In terms of market cap, it was one of the largest operators of casino in the world.

MGM Mirage, one of the largest competitors of Mandalay Arises Group with repurchased the totality of these assets for an amount of 7,9 billion dollars. The operation of repurchase finished on April 26th, 2005.
