Manchu-Han feast

The Manchu-Han feast 滿漢全蓆 (Mandarin: mǎnhànqúanxí) is most sumptuous of the imperial banquets of the dynasty Qing. It gathers the most exquisite mets of the Han and the Mandchou S.

Appreciated for its originality, it associates the kitchen of the Court with local savors. In the beginning, it was a feast organized in the honor of the mandarins han and Manchu which joined together from 108 to 230 different dishes, including/understanding game, seafood and products of the mountain, which were to be consumed in three days.
