John (Jack) Eaton Manchester , born the January 29th 1908 in Waimate (New Zealand) and deceased the September 6th 1983, was a player of Rugby to XV which played with the team of New Zealand. It evolved/moved at the station of third line wing (1,85  m for 91  kg).

Career

He played 59 matches with the province of Canterbury.

He disputed its first test match with the team of New Zealand the July 2nd 1932 against the Australia. Its last test match was against the England, the January 4th 1936.

It was twenty times captain of the team of New Zealand. On the whole, he played 102 high level matches.
