the fundamental act of management aims at guaranteeing the perenniality company by the recourse to specific means making it possible to reconcile the contradictory requirements of short term and long run.

So the Loi of Pareto seems the “sesame” of a durable Gestion , putting at the second plan the " techniques financières" , in the middle of the Accountancy, to which management is often comparable in a reducing way.

The term of management , often presented like the whole of the techniques of control of the activity of the Organization S (Undertaken S, Administration S or associations), is then used in the direction of “financial management”.

Management includes/understands a whole of activities which make it possible to reach the objective of a Entreprise or of a Organization. These activities consist with:

  • to plan, organize, direct, control;
  • to inspire, form, communicate, reward;
  • to listen, decode, include/understand, guide, direct, justify, mobilize, influence, responsabiliser.

Technically, management employs methods of treatment of the Information. The processes of governorship and Gestion of quality should be most affected.
