Mamaia
Mamaïa (Mamaia) is greatest and famous Rumanian littoral station. This station is very wide (up to 8 km in length) and has a beautiful marine walk. The season of beach lasts of at the beginning of June until the end of September. The average temperature of the air into tourist season is of 24 °C. The hottest days are always accompanied by a pleasant breeze.
The sea is there of a suitable salinity for the human organism - 17g/l (twice less low than the Mediterranean or the Atlantic) - not irritating the eyes. The average temperature of water in season: 21° with 23°C. The absence of the Tide S and the large waves close to the shore, as well as the soft slope of the marine resources, eliminate the accident risks for the children and those which cannot swim. Moreover, there are neither sharks, nor current sailors.
The beaches are only made up of sand fine or average, they have a considerable width. Generally, there are no rocks submarines.
The station has an excellent nautical base, many hotels (going from 2 ** up to 5 *****), bars, restaurants, discotheques etc the town of Constanţa (350.000 inhabitants) is very close (2 km) and easily accessible.
