Malcolm McDowell , is a British actor , born Malcolm John Taylor the June 13rd 1943 with Leeds in the Yorkshire. It has two sisters.

It starts while playing in Pas of tears for Joy , but the two minutes when it appears are not taken in final film. Lindsay Anderson notices it at the time of a casting and a role in If… proposes to him. It is by seeing this film that Stanley Kubrick will give him then the main role of Clockwork orange . Actor shining with the semi-diabolic face semi-angelica, McDowell really remains primarily known for this role which stuck to him with the skin all length of its career, never not managing to get rid of this cumbersome prestige.

In 2004, he interprets the role of the Chikatilo serial killer in the film Evilenko .

In 2007, it incarnates to it enigmatic character-key of Linderman in the series Heroes .

He is married with Kelley Kuhr. Of this third marriage, it has a child, and two others of a second marriage. He currently lives with Los Angeles.
