Malbouffe

The malbouffe is the name, pejorative according to some, given to the Nourriture considered to be bad on the plan Diététique because in particular of its nutritive low value and its strong content of Graisses and Sucres. Origin of the term

The term was created by Stella and Joel de Rosnay in their work Malbouffe .
