Malayan supremacy
The expression ketuanan Melayu (“ Malayan supremacy ” in Malayan) indicates a concept widespread racialist in Malaysia. According to the precepts of these doctrines, the businesses of the country can be managed only by the Malayan ones of stock, held for “Masters” ( tuan ) of the nation. The citizens of Chinese origin and Indian are regarded as debtors towards the indigenous S, which granted the citizenship to them, but only n the other hand special privileges which are legally conferred to them under the terms of article 153 of the constitution of Malaysia, which establishes with the profit of the Malais autochtones of the quotas protecting their interests. This “exchange of good processes” is commonly indicated under the name of social contract, the idea being here appreciably different from the usual concept of social contract between a government and its people. The concept of ketuanan Melayu is often proposed by the Malayan politicians, in particular those of important and influence party Pertubuhan Kebangsaan Melayu Bersatu , more known under its English initials UMNO ( United Malays National Organization or " National organization of the Malayan unis").
