Mahmoud Maher Taha
Dr. Mahmoud Maher Taha (in Arab محمودماهرطه), born the December 21st 1942 with the Cairo, is a Egyptian Egyptologist.
He obtained his diploma in Egyptology at the university of Cairo (department of archeology) in 1963 and passed his doctorate in the same field to the university of Lyon in 1982. He worked as managing director of the Egyptological information center. He works since 1992 as managing director of the information center and study on the ancient Egypt.
He is a member of honor of association for the safeguard of the temple of the Ramesséum.
He worked during more than forty years in Nubie and with Thèbes.
