Mahfoud Ali Beiba

Mahfoud Ali Beiba is a politician sahraoui, member of the Front Polisario.

He lives in exile with Tindouf (Algérie) since 1975. In 1976, he is briefly general secretary of the Polisario Face, after the death of El-Ouali Moustapha Sayed; he is replaced at this station by Mohamed Abdelaziz, which always occupies it. He occupies from several management positions in the Polisario Face and the Arab République sahraouie democratic. He is Prime Minister of 1982 to 1985, then of 1995 to 1999; its government is then reversed by a Motion of censure of the National council sahraoui. It is then replaced by Bouchraya Hamoudy Beyoune, which appoints it Minister for the occupied territories. Since 2003, Mahfoud Ali Beiba is president of the CNS.
