Mathilde d' Artois , known as Mahaut d' Artois , (towards 1270 - 1329) is a princess of the house capétienne of Artois, countess of Artois, Pair of France by its title of countess of Artois, countess of Burgundy by her marriage with the count Othon IV of Burgundy, and beautiful mother of the kings Philippe V of France and Charles IV of France by marriages of his/her two daughters.
