Magistère
Magistère is a French university degree with national accreditation, prepared in three years, after the first two years of higher learning.
The Magistère of the Church indicates the Autorité as regards Morale and of Foi of the whole of the bishop S and especially of the Pape, on the Fidèle S Catholique S.

Creation and etymology
The university degree of magistère was created in 1985 at the instigation of Jean-Pierre Chevènement, then Minister for State education, to form dies of excellence in the universities. There thus exist magistères in disciplines very diverse and different from one university to another.
Preparation and course
The entry in magistère prepares either during the first two years of license, or in preparatory classes at the universities. The admission is generally done on file, contest and/or talks.The course consists in following the courses of 3rd year of license, then the two years of master of the corresponding discipline but possibly altered, as well as additional courses. Obtaining these national diplomas with mention is generally necessary.
