The Madrague is a song written by Jean-max River, composed by Gerard Bourgeois and sung by Brigitte Bardot in 1967.

The title of the song is inspired by the name of the house of Brigitte Bardot. She was sung for the first time in the emission devoted to the latter Happy new year Brigitte . In the video clip, one can in particular see Brigitte Bardot in front of his house or on the beach.

On the abandoned beach Shell and shellfish Who had believed it deplore the loss of the summer Who since went himself from there One arranged the holidays In bags out of paperboard And it is sad when one thinks of the season Sun and songs

However I know the next year well All will refleurira we will return But while waiting I am in sorrow To leave the sea and my house

The mistral will be accustomed To run without the sailing ships And it is in my dishevelled hair That more I will miss it Sun my large buddy Will burn me only by far Believer whom we together are a little annoyed To be both separate

The train will take me along towards the autumn To find the city under the rain My sorrow will not be for anybody I will keep it like a friend

But at the first days of summer All forgotten troubles We will return to have fun the festival with shellfish Sunny beach Sunny beach Sunny beach
