Madnesses Shepherdess
The Folies Shepherdess is the name of famous a Cabaret of Music-hall located 32 rue Richer in the 9th district of Paris. This establishment knew a strong popularity in particular during the Belle Time of the Années 1890 with the Années 1920, symbol of the Paris of these Mad years where the cabaret accommodated Joséphine Baker. The cabaret of the Madnesses Shepherdess survived her past and nowadays continues to present “re-examined ” danced and Spectacle S of variety S.
History
The building is built like a house of opera by the Plumeret architect. It opens on May 2nd 1869 under the name of “Trévise Madnesses”.One gives re-examined to it of Music-hall, Opérette S, comic operas, Chanson S Populaire S, Spectacle S of Gymnastique.
September 13rd 1872, it is famous “Madnesses Shepherdess”.
