Madhya Pradesh (usual abbreviation: MP) Hindī pronunciation: मध्यप्रदेश means in French: State of the Medium , Madhya Pradesh often called heart of India because it is a state of the center of the India. Its capital is Bhopal. until November 1st, 2000, Madhya Pradesh was the widest state of India when the state of Chhattisgarh was created with its Eastern districts. The frontier states are Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and the Rajasthan.
