The macrolépiotes form one of Champignon S Basidiomycète S of Agaricacée S.

Their name was drawn from the Greek makros , " grand" and of Lepiota , the Greek Lepis , " écaille".

The kind was created in order to extract large the lépiotes from the kind Lepiota where they were classified previously. The-type is Macrolepiota will procera . The kind includes/understands several tens of other species, of which:
