Macintosh LLC II
The Macintosh LLC II succeeded the Macintosh LLC in the range of Ordinateur S general public Apple. It left in March 1992 and will be replaced one year later by the Macintosh LLC III.
It was mainly an evolution of LLC: it embarked a Processeur Motorola 68030 more powerful than the 68020. Unfortunately it was attached by its drunk with 16 bit (whereas the 68030 was a processor 32 bit), which hardly made it faster than LLC. Only the other modification was the quantity of embarked memory: 4 Me instead of 2 Me. It was sold nevertheless very well because its price of 1240 $ made it very competitive and did one of the Macintosh of it the least expensive ever marketed.
It was starting from 1993 marketed for the general public under the names of Performa 400 , 405 , 410 or 430 .
