Macintosh 128K
The Macintosh 128K is a computer Apple. It is about the original Macintosh launched in 1984. It was famous Macintosh 128K (for 128 KB of memory) to distinguish it from the Macintosh 512K, a version with 512 KB of memory, when this one left.
Macintosh 128K was far from evolutionary: it had only ports to connect the mouse, a Imprimante, a Modem, the monophonic loudspeaker and a second external disk drive. All these ports were owners and different from/to each other. It had a disk drive 400 KB 3,5" and did not have internal storage space, because at the time a diskette was sufficient to contain the operating system, the applications and the documents create by the applications.
Of a design all-in-a, Macintosh 128 K had a screen 9" in black and white (1 bit) of 512 by 342 pixels. It did not have a ventilator to cool it because Steve Jobs thought that the noise of the ventilator would obstruct those which would use it and would decrease their productivity. This lack, which persisted until the Macintosh SE, was the cause of many breakdowns of component on the first four models of Macintosh.
It was provided with three revolutionary applications drawing part of the graphical interface: MacPaint, MacWrite and MacDraw. This three software will inspire all the great current software, respectively of final improvement of image (Photoshop…), of word processing (Word…) and of vectorial drawing (Illustrator…).
