Machine panification of Kinshasa

The Usine of panification of Kinshasa (UPAK) is a production company and of distribution of Pain to Kinshasa. The managing director of the UPAK is Luis De Carvalho.

In 1962, the UPAK is a new artisanal bakery. In 2006, the UPAK has a capital of 30 million $US, with a production capacity of 75 tons flour per day, that is to say: 800000 breads. It employs 527 workers and account a hundred points of distribution relayed by close to: 10000 retailers.

The factory of panification is located on the Avenue Kasa-Vubu in the commune of Ngiri-Ngiri.
