Macaronade
The macaronade is a traditional speciality sétoise made up of Macaroni S and Brageole S (a particular mixture of meat of Bœuf and Tomato sauce).
Each family sétoise secret guard her own formula of the macaronade. There exists indeed of many varieties of receipts, particularly with regard to the choice of the meat (alternatives containing flesh with Saucisse, of Paupiette of calf, plugs, etc…). One of the secrecies of the macaronade resides in the design of the tomato sauce: indeed, even if this dish bears its name of the pastes employed, other types of pastes can be used such as for example of the spaghetti of large size (minimum cuts 5).
