Mac OS X 10.3

Mac OS X 10.3 , of code name Panther , is the fourth update of the operating system X of the computer maker Apple available starting from October 24th, 2003. The preceding one is named Jaguar and following Tiger.

Panther has at least 150 new functionalities, including:

Finder updated metal

interface brushed
a module of research on the model of that of ITunes
a small rule on side at the iTunes

a fast swing between users on the logo of an animated cube (with the proviso of having Extreme Quartz).
Exposed, a program to help the user to manage the windows, in particular when there is much of it,
Support integrated of the Fax.
Support integrated of X11.
Support integrated in TextEdit of the documents Microsoft Word (*.doc).
Improvement of safety for the interoperationality with Microsoft Windows.
