Mabi Mulumba

Évariste Mabi Mulumba , born the April 22nd 1941, is a Politician of the Democratic republic of Congo. It was First police chief of State Zaire of the January 22nd 1987 with the March 7th 1988.

Mulumba was police chief of Finances of Zaire of 1986 to 1987, and chair Court of Auditors.

Beyond its political experiment, he is doctor in Administration of the businesses of the Université of Liege and ordinary professor of the Economic scenes in several universities of his country. He is also specialist in the monetary question.

He is currently Senator.
