Małgorzata Dydek

Małgorzata Dydek , born the April 28th 1974 with Poznań, is a Polish player of Basket-ball evolving/moving at the station of pivot.

Its very big size, 2m18, make of it a main weapon for the whole of the teams with which it played. This size also makes of it the largest player having ever played in WNBA.

She plays first of all in Poland then joined France for two Valencian-Orchies seasons in 1994 with . Then it is Spain before a return in Poland to Gdynia. There it leads its team to two finales of the Euroligue in 2002 and 2004. In parallel of its European career, and after having been selected in first position of the draft WNBA 1999, it joined the American league at the Utah Starzz. At the time of the draft 2005, it is exchanged against the first turn of draft and joined the Connecticut Sun, club with which it reaches final WNBA at the time of the same year.
