MTV Networks Europe

MTV Networks Europe (MTVNE) is a subsidiary company of the conglomerate Média Viacom. It is the producing company of the chains MTV in Europe and North Africa.

The company east creates in 1987, during the launching of the chain MTV Europe, that is to say six years after the launching of MTV to the the United States.

The seat of MTV Networks Europe is in the district of Camden Town with London.

Growth

In 2004, MTVNE repurchased VIVA TV, its principal concurrent chain in Germany. MTV Central (MTV Germany) is thus in situation of Monopole on the sector of the music channels in the country. This Acquisition also makes it possible MTV to be collected in way Analogique. On the whole MTV Networks Europe is present in 48 Pays.
