MBDA
MBDA is a subsidiary company of EADS, BAE Systems and Finmeccanica. It is the result of fusion into 2002 of aerospatiale Matra Missiles, of division missiles of Alenia Marconi Systems, and of Matra BAe Dynamics. MBDA is the world leader in the field of the design and the production of Missile S.
It produces in particular the air-to-air missiles MICA, ASRAAM and Meteor as well as the air-to-ground missile Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG.
MBDA is signatory of the Pacte SME.
Since June 2007, its Chief Executive Officer (chairman) is Antoine Bouvier
