M95 (or NGC 3351 ) is a Spiral galaxy located in the Constellation of the Lion. She was discovered by Pierre Méchain on March 20th 1781, and Charles Messier added it to its catalog on March 24th.
M95 is a classified barred spiral galaxy SBb in the Séquence of Hubble, its spiral arms being almost circular. Located at approximately 38 million light-years of the Solar system, it belongs to the Groupe of M96, a Galaxy cluster including/understanding inter alia M96 and M105.
