Méteil

The méteil is a Céréale, produced mixture of Blé and Seigle.

In France, a legal definition of the méteil figure to article R. 621-119 of the rural code:

the denomination “méteil” is reserved for the product of the Culture and of the beating of a mixture of corn and rye, mixes in which rye between for the proportion of 50 p. at least 100, other than any mixture of corn and rye carried out subsequently to beating .
