Métabolome

The métabolome is consisted of the whole of small the Molécule S, the Métabolite S, such as the metabolic intermediaries, the Hormone S and other molecules signal as well as the secondary metabolites, which can be found in a biological sample. This term of Anglo-Saxon origin was proposed by Oliver and Al in 1998, by analogy with the terms genome, protéome and transcriptome. With equal of these other systems, the métabolome is dynamic and will thus change in time.
