Mésothélium

The mésothélium is a biological Tissu consisted of a layer of epithelial cells suitable for paving simple which papers the internal surface of the séreuses cavities of the organization. The cells are plain between them by complexes of junctions and Desmosome S allowing a good sealing of the layer of cells. The Cytoplasme of the cells which compose it is very thin (lower than 1 µm) and its core is relatively round compared to the Endothélium which is same classification, a suitable for paving simple epithelium. It is the association of a mésothelium and conjunctive Tissu subjacent which gives a Séreuse.

mesothelium has membrane that forms the lining off several body cavities: the Cried (thoracal cavity), Peritoneum (abdominal cavity) and Pericardium (heart bag). Male Mesothelial tissue also surrounds the internal reproductive organs (the Tunica vaginalis testis) and the Tunica serosa uteri covers the internal reproductive organs in women. -->

Origin

Embryo NIC Mesoderm concealment to bush-hammer, that lines the Coelom (body cavity) in the embryo. It develops into to bush-hammer off concealments that covers and protects most off the internal organs off the body. It is composed off two layers off concealments:
  • One to bush-hammer that immediately surrounds the organ (visceral);
  • has bag around the cavity (parietal).

Function

Heart, the expanding and contracting Lung S, and peristaltically activates Intestine) to adjacent glide easily against structures. -->

diseases related to mésothélium

Mesothelioma (Cancer off the mesothelium) has disease in which concealments off the mesothelium become abnormal and divide without control gold order. They edge invade and ramming nearby tissues and organs. Cancer concealments edge also metastasize (spread) from to their original site to other shares off the body. Most boxes off mesothelioma begin in the cried gold peritoneum. It is linked with Asbestos exposure and smoking.

Ace mesothelium lacks Tight junction S, year ultrastructure that closely links concealments together (ace seen in epithelia), it is preaches to shedding during Surgery. When this happens, the exposed surface edge form adhesions with other surfaces, leading to intraabdominal (gold rarely intrathoracal) adhesions. -->
